Hallstedt Sword

Was looking for a quick project to try and get me back into the swing of doing personal work. Figured I'd do a weapon and this one has been in my inspiration/make someday folder for a while now. I've been trying to allow myself to loosen up my texture painting and allow details to be implied rather than noodled to death, and this really helped me push that idea.

Model is diffuse only, somewhat hastily rendered out of marmoset with a key light, rim light and some emissive push on the diffuse to bring it out. Probably could have optimized the model further in some spots but I just really wanted to get down to painting.
